Στην Ημερίδα Αρχαιομετρίας «Η εφαρμογή των Φυσικών Επιστημών στη μελέτη αρχαιολογικού – πολιτισμικού υλικού» που διοργάνωνε το Τμήμα Συντήρησης και Αρχαιομετρίας του Αρχαιολογικού Μουσείου Θεσσαλονίκης παρουσίασε την εισήγησή του ο Διευθυντής του εργαστηρίου Καθ. Νικόλαος Ζαχαριάς με θέμα «Χρώμα και φως στην αρχαιολογική έρευνα: αρχαιολογικό γυαλί και απόλυτες χρονολογήσεις με φωταύγεια» και η Δρ. Βάγια Παναγιωτίδη με θέμα «Αρχαιολογική και γεωαρχαιολογική έρευνα με χρήση εναέριων μέσων και με εφαρμογές των νέων τεχνολογιών».
Two specialized workshops, on the topics of “Geospatial Applications, Remote Sensing and 3D Modeling in Cultural Heritage” and “Analytical Techniques in Cultural Heritage”, were organized with great success by the ARISTEAS research team (October, 14-16). The workshops took place in person, in the facilities of the Laboratory of Archaeometry.
